Help Yourself - (pun intended!)

As the Feeling Valued series grows I intend to offer each journal title as a Kindle version with a PDF worksheet which can be downloaded for free and printed so you can write in the journal pages. You could put them in a binder if you wish to keep them 🙂

If you are a coach or therapist you may find these helpful to use with your own clients or in workshops.

However, I believe it’s always better to have a physical book to write in. It gives you a record your personal growth as you respond to the life coaching questions in the journals. Just head over to Amazon anytime!
